Necessary cookies

These keep the app working and cannot be switched off. They contain no analytics data and are never shared.

• Sign-in session cookies (names starting with sb-), so you stay signed in.
• A CSRF protection token, so requests can only come from the app itself.
• Your cookie choice from this page (kystdata-consent), so we do not ask again.
• Preferences kept in your browser's local storage, such as the sidebar state, the last organization you visited and your map settings. These never leave your browser.

Analytics cookies

With your consent we use PostHog to understand how the product is used and to diagnose faults. Data is processed in the EU. With analytics enabled we collect:

• Pages visited and actions taken in the app, linked to your user account.
• Session replay, a reconstruction of your screen. Everything you type into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser.
• Errors and crashes, so we can see what broke and fix it.

Session replays are kept for 90 days. Product analytics events are kept for up to 7 years.

If you reject analytics cookies

We still count your visit, but anonymously. No analytics cookies or identifiers are stored, no profile is created, and the visit is not linked to your account or to any other visit. Session replay is switched off entirely. The only thing we keep is your cookie choice itself.
